Continuation of the weekend meditation seminar.  Drop-ins are welcome.

During the week (Monday to Friday), practice sessions begin with Wuji Gong (Taiji Part) at 7.30pm and sitting meditation till 9.30pm or 10.00pm.

Week 1 : We will sit using the Drooling Method.

Week 2 : We will sit using the Eagle Wings Method.

Week 3 : We will sit using Chan Meditation techniques.

Unique to the Emei Qigong School are two techniques associated with this Chan Meditation, the Drooling Method and the Eagle Wings. The Drooling Method cleanse the excessive humidity and toxins in the body and the Eagle Wings strengthen the body. After the body is cleansed and strong, then we can sit better in meditation.

Please maintain a vegetarian diet during the 3 weeks. We also encourage doing PiGu Fasting during the retreat. Information on how to do PiGu will be given during the weekend seminar.
